Returned and defective items
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Any items returned because of defects will be covered my company.
- Any items returned that doesn't have a defect will be subject to 20% restock fee.
- On top of the restock fee buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Powder coat that was added.
- The company is not responsible for damages to powder coat by shipping company.
- Damages to the product itself will be taken care of through communication with company.
